About this Class:
This course is suitable for children aged 13-17 and no previous knowledge is required.
It features an exciting combination of traditional creative skills and basic web development. We will explore various techniques like drawing, painting, print making and collage or whatever media students feel most comfortable with.
They will then bring their artwork to life, building an online portfolio with HTML and CSS – the backbone of the World Wide Web. They will also learn how to use colour schemes, rules of composition and the basics of typography.
Students are encouraged to develop their ideas and artistic style in a non-competitive, creative and supportive atmosphere.This class is suitable for any level of experience.
